String trimmer kit with QUIK-LOK™ provides the power to clear thick brush, reaches full throttle in under 1 second and features a balanced design which increases user control. The cordless string trimmer includes the M18 FUEL™ Power Head with QUIK-LOK™ and the QUIK-LOK™ String Trimmer Attachment. This Power Head is compatible with multiple attachments and provides the ability to quickly swap out attachments on a single power head. The brushless motor delivers up to 6200 RPM with up to a 16 inch cutting swath with the power to maintain speed in demanding applications. The motor is positioned in the rear of the trimmer for ideal power, balance, and maneuverability. Redlink™ Plus™ intelligence provides maximum performance while protecting from overload, overheating and over discharge. The advanced electronic package delivers instantaneous throttle response, high and low speeds, and a variable speed trigger. The easy load trimmer head loads up to 25 feet of trimmer line in under 30 seconds.
