<p>The LSA1A is the original heavy duty limit switch by Honeywell Micro Switch. This switch provides a complete choice of circuitry and electrical rating options. The Honeywell LSA1A switch uses all metal gears for a longer MTBF (mean time between failure) as opposed to those made with plastic gears. It comes both as a plug-in and a non-plug in model and meets NEMA 1,3,4,4X,6,6P, and 13 ratings. It is both UL and CSA rated. Options are available for side rotary and top mount switching. Operating levers are available for many applications, including roller actuators, yoke style actuators, offset actuators, wobble stick actuators in nylon and steel, loop actuators and others. The Honeywell LSA1A can be configured with common quick disconnect termination (such as a mini type and sealed, potted pre-wired cable pigtail). The HDLS has both AC and DC electrical ratings from 120 volts to 600 volts and the ability to make between 60 amps and 6 amps and can break between 6 amps and .60 amps. This Honeywell heavy duty limit switch can be mounted with either 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch conduit or mounted to a solid surface using screw holes provided. Even though this is very reliable switch with long average life, replacement parts are readily available.</p><p>LSA1A switches are used in a wide range of industries, including pulp and paper, food processing, packaging, automotive, conveying, amusement park rides, power plants, machine tools, material handling, outdoor electromechanical structures, balers and compactors, conveyors, off-road equipment, automotive machine tools, agricultural equipment, valves, transportation hubs, and many others.</p>
