This thermal-insulated parka is ASTM rated for use in temperatures as low as -8.5 degrees F. The front features both a zipper and a storm flap with snap closures. Garment offers a removable insulated hood, two lower front pockets and one chest pocket. A side opening provides easy access to the inside pockets and equipment. 2"" 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective stripes produce added visibility. Meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 Class 3 standard.
