Description

This advanced rainwear system is specifically designed for arc flash exposure and to minimize body burn percentage while exposed to extreme open flame hazards or flash fires. Clothing is constructed of a 10 oz/yd2 flame-resistant polyurethane moisture barrier over a cotton knit fabric to produce a lightweight and stretchable garment with a superior arc rating. The flame-resistant polyurethane material is durable flexible and will not become brittle as it ages. Key stress points are reinforced for added durability. The 2" reflective striping increases visibility throughout the garment. Clothing features non-conductive hardware and an arc rating of 19 cal/cm2. This clothing has also been certified to ASTM F1891 and ASTM F2733 making it one of the most advanced rainwear systems in the safety apparel industry.
