Description
Goatskin is preferred where tactile sensitivity is needed. It provides excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance. The high lanolin content makes it one of the softest leathers available. Cordova Safety Products grades leather according to the area on the hide from which it is cut. The premium-grade leather from side of the hide receives the least amount of movement, which makes it most durable due to the density of fiber. This grain leather, goatskin palm features a red canvas back. It is constructed using a gunn cut pattern, the most common pattern for work gloves and provides a rubberized safety cuff for added wrist protection.
