<p>This Omron 44506-5220 Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switch protects employees working in heavy industrial environments with moving machinery. The Omron 44506-5220 includes a long rope spanning up to 80 meters or 262 feet which means fewer switches are needed per application. The tension indicator makes it easy to set up and maintain proper rope tension. The product performs well after water wash-down cleaning and was designed for heavy industrial environments and demanding applications, with die-cast housing and stainless steel eye nut. Following switch actuation engaged by a pulled or slacked rope, the blue reset button must be pushed to return to “machine run” condition. The switch is designed for a minimum of one million actuations. The snap acting switch contacts guard against inconvenient tripping caused by vibration. An optional dual indicator beacon can be set up to flash red, indicating a tripped switch or glow green, indicating a switch that has been properly reset. The Omron 44506-5220 Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switch includes two mounting positions where the optional e-stop button can be installed, and the optional button can be installed or replaced in the field. </p>
