Description
The Swingstrap reversible ratchet headband allows workers to wear their hard hats in either the forward or reverse position without having to remove, reverse and reinstall the suspension. This is the only hard hat that combines an 8-point ratchet suspension with a padded sweatband. Hat comes fully assembled.
