<div>The Hoffman Door Electrical Interlock supplies electrical enclosures with positive internal safety lockout when the product is energized. The interlocks prevent a door from being opened by preventing the door handle from being turned. The Hoffman Door Electrical Interlock features rugged steel construction and plated finish and will withstand heavy industrial use. It is packaged with a solenoid assembly, strike plate or bracket and field installation instructions. The following enclosures can be used: type 4X with 3-point latch enclosures, free-standing type 12 enclosures, 1-door type 12 enclosures with installed latch kits, and 2-door Type 4 and 12 enclosures. Additionally, these products can fit most Hoffman custom enclosures with door latching mechanisms similar to those on the enclosures listed. Please do not use this product in the place of a standard cover or door latch. Handles and latch mechanisms are not included.</div>
